Abuse Reporting Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-31
G-Tunnel is a tunneling service: published endpoints under *.app.gtunnel.dev and relayed TCP ports are operated by our users, not by us. We do not proactively monitor the content of tunnels, but we act on reports — fast.
Zero-tolerance content
The following result in immediate tunnel suspension and account termination, and where required by law, reports to the competent authorities:
- Phishing pages and fraud;
- Malware distribution, botnet C2;
- Sexual content involving minors;
- Content illegal under applicable law.
How to report
Email [email protected] with:
- The offending URL (e.g.,
something.app.gtunnel.dev) or relay host/port; - What you observed (phishing page, malware download, port scan source, …);
- Evidence: screenshots, HTTP response headers, logs, sample hashes;
- Your contact information (optional for non-urgent reports, required if you want a follow-up).
Response targets: acknowledgment within 48 hours. For clear violations — phishing, malware, illegal content — the tunnel is typically suspended within 24 hours of the report, pending investigation.
What we may do
- Suspend the reported tunnel or host prefix;
- Suspend or terminate the responsible account;
- Preserve relevant records and cooperate with law enforcement as required by applicable law;
- Take preemptive measures against patterns of abuse (rate limits, verification, blocking).
Appeals
If your tunnel or account was suspended and you believe this was a mistake, reply to the suspension notice or email [email protected] with the subject "Appeal". We review every appeal.
Privacy note
Reports, evidence, and account data involved in an abuse investigation are used solely for handling that case and complying with legal obligations.
